Ordered and received size L/XL. I should have ordered one size smaller (M/L), as the one I ordered fits well around my hips, but is too large for my 33 inch waist. I like this item -- it is very well made -- but I don't know what the strings are for on the front of the hips. Perhaps another reviewer can enlighten me?

Really good, I recommend. I haven’t put it up yet, but so far I tried using the dry erase pen and it works great. I was surprised that it came with 3 dry erase pen (one black, one blue & one red), an eraser and a support to put these on. It was super well packaged, no damage or crumpling.
